We want you to love your Palm pieces! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Information

You can send back eligible items within 21 days of delivery for an exchange, refund, or store credit. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags still attached—basically, in perfect “try-on only” condition. "Final Sale" items aren’t eligible for return or exchange. All items must include original tags and packaging. Shipping charges and Shipping Protection are non-refundable.

Once your items make it back to us, please allow up to 15 business days for our team to process your return or exchange. A $8.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns and exchanges. This fee is waived if you choose store credit or if you purchased Shipping Protection (Redo) with your order. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

A Few Return Tips

  • Keep items clean and makeup-free when trying them on.

  • Include all tags and packaging.

  • Only send back items approved in your return request.

  • We’re not responsible for lost return packages, but if you have a USPS receipt, we can offer store credit.

  • We carefully inspect every piece, but if something arrives damaged, please reach out! Natural variations in color, lighting, or pattern placement are normal and not considered defects.

  • Products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We encourage customers to review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing final sale items.
